Terms of delivery

General information about the online store

The online store's products are sold by Nimark Varaosat (Y ID number 2689451-6). We sell products to companies, private individuals of legal age and, with the consent of the guardian, also to people under 18 years of age.

New orders are always subject to the current contract terms. Nimark Varaosat reserves the right to change its order conditions. Changes in legislation and official activities take effect immediately as such, unless otherwise provided by law. In the consumer trade relationship, valid laws related to consumer trade and distance sales defined by Finland and the European Union are followed. These terms and conditions are not valid to the extent that they limit the consumer's rights from what is stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act.

In the sales contract between corporate customers and Nimark Varaosat, the Finnish Commercial Code applies, unless otherwise stipulated in these contract terms.

The binding contract enters into force after the order is registered in the Nimark.fi online store system or with other confirmation, such as via e-mail or phone.

The products are the seller's property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Prices and Delivery costs

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) of 24%. Nimark Varaosat reserves the right to change prices. If there are clear price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a lower price. Nimark Varaosat reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large batches.

The prices do not include separate transportation for the customer, unless otherwise agreed. However, we generally deliver orders over €100 without delivery costs. Separately handled parts over a meter long, such as large car body parts; hood, bumper, etc. we only send via Matkahuolto. The higher-cost travel service delivery is mandatory when ordering delivery for separately handled parts. Batteries are delivered only as VAK deliveries via Post. Additional cost for the VAK delivery is 19,90€ and it can be found through search field using code VAK.

The valid delivery costs and delivery methods can be found in the shopping cart, always before paying for the order. Nimark Varaosat reserves the right to change delivery costs and delivery methods.

Always check, after receiving the product, that the product has no external defects or that the product has not been damaged during transport. If you notice that the product has transport damage, report it immediately to the transport company and contact Nimark Varaosat customer service.

Please note that we store the parts that have been picked up at the office for 30 days after sending the first arrival notification, after which the parts will be disposed of.

Deposit

When the customer buys certain parts, such as brake calipers, hydraulic pumps, drive shafts, etc., the old part must be returned to the seller. When purchasing, a deposit is automatically added to the price of the part, the amount of which varies depending on the part and the manufacturer. The amount of the deposit is indicated for each product separately. If for some reason there is no mention of the amount of the deposit on the product, but the product still has a deposit required by the manufacturer, the customer service will notify you separately. However, such a practice is very rare and can be caused by, for example, a technical fault. The deposit is returned against a repairable part and when the manufacturer has checked and approved the part. If the part has been disassembled, is missing parts, is damaged on the outside, or the manufacturer otherwise does not accept the old part, the deposit will not be returned. The deposit is also not returned if the buyer has not returned the old part.

The old part must be returned in the packaging of the new part as soon as possible, but no later than a month after the customer has received the new part. The return is conveniently possible as a customer return, which does not incur additional costs. The new part will not be delivered until the deposit has been paid.

Delivery time

The delivery time is indicated in the online store for each product separately. As a rule, we send the parts directly in the Helsinki warehouse (Shelve) on the same day. The parts on the shelf can also be picked up right away. The rest of the parts that are not separately marked "On the shelf" are always ordered from suppliers. Delivery time for these parts varies from one to five business days.

We always strive to ensure that the customer receives his product as soon as possible. If the delivery of the product is delayed, we will try to notify you as soon as we receive the information.

Orders placed before 14:30 will be delivered the same day.

Return and exchange policy

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in intact original packaging. The product's packaging must be intact without additional markings, messes and stickers. Note, fitting the electrical parts into place cancels the right to return. In addition, oils, aerosols and all other liquids are not covered by the return due to their nature. All returns must always be agreed with customer service in advance by sending a WRITTEN notification such as an email within 14 days of receiving the item. After sending the written notification, the goods must be delivered within 14 days at your own expense or using Nimark Varaosa's customer return according to the delivery price list (post €9.90, Matkahuolto €19.90 / €29.90). If the customer uses Nimark Varaosa's customer return, the return costs will be deducted from the refundable amount of the order.

If the package is not picked up from the post office or Matkahuolto and it returns unclaimed to the dispatch point, the order automatically becomes non-returnable in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Customer returns are generally delivered via post or Matkahuolto as a customer return, unless otherwise agreed. The customer is obliged to keep the necessary copies of the return documents. The parcel shipment tracking number obtained from Posti and Matkahuolto's customer return is the only way to prove shipment. All returns must be sent as so-called package shipments, which can be tracked using a tracking number. Nimark Varaosat does not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery.

The products must be packed carefully so that the products are not damaged during transport. Nimark Varaosat is not responsible for damage to returns packed negligently and contrary to the terms of the contract. The costs caused by an error on the part of the customer will be charged to the customer.

The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase, a receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase when returning or complaining about a product defect. Nimark Varaosat reserves the right to collect the costs caused by the receipt search from the buyer, which are €5 per receipt.

For large and heavy shipments that have incurred higher than normal freight costs, we will charge the costs incurred for delivery in accordance with the recommendation of the Consumer Agency.

There is no right of return for separate order products (for example, orders directly from factories).

Warranty

Nimark Varoasat offers its customers a one (1) year warranty for those spare parts, accessories and accessories with an expected lifespan of more than one (1) year. If the expected lifetime of the aforementioned products is less than one (1) year, the one-year warranty offered is not valid. In this case, the manufacturer's warranty is valid, which can be inquired from customer service or from the manufacturer himself.

The customer must ensure that the product manufacturer's installation and use instructions have been followed during the installation. Nimark Varaosat is not responsible for and does not replace improperly installed or used spare parts, supplies and accessories. In warranty returns or warranty exchanges, the customer has the obligation to prove that the product has been installed correctly and/or that the product has been used correctly. In addition, we require a statement from a professional or an authorized workshop on the correct installation, use and functionality/condition of the spare part.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.

Keep the receipt and/or invoice as it serves as a warranty certificate.
