Return instructions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return, within which the return or return notice must be made. After the return notification, the spare parts to be returned must be delivered to Nimark Varaosat within 14 days. You can bring the parts yourself to our office, return them by post as a customer return (€9.90 is charged for the amount to be returned), whose return code is 637579, or send them at your own expense, to the address Nimark Varaosat, linnavuorentie 28, 00950 Helsinki.

and its return cost is €19.90 / €29.90.

If the package is not picked up from the post office or Matkahuolto and it returns unclaimed back to the dispatch point, the order automatically becomes non-returnable in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
 

Note! Body parts over a meter long, which can be handled separately, must always be delivered to our office at your own expense.

Spare parts must be unused and in their original packaging. You may not write, mark or stick any extra tapes and stickers on the package, including postal shipping labels. We recommend sending the return in the same packaging it came in or using a different box/plastic wrap.

The return must be accompanied by a receipt. The money is always returned to the same place from which it arrived. However, if the system requires an account number separately, it is good to have it written in advance, for example on the edge of the receipt.

If the return has not been carried out in accordance with the instructions and the spare part is not salable, the money will not be returned. After this, the customer can pick up the part within a month from our office, or we can send the part back, if the shipping costs are paid. If the part is not claimed or the delivery costs are not paid within a month, the part will be destroyed.

Please take into account that a proper return according to the instructions makes our work easier and smoother and the return faster.
